Anne Fisker Vig

Anne Fisker Vig currently serves as the Head of Strategic People Partnerships and Org. Development at Terma Group, leading the global People team and collaborating with R&D leadership. Prior to this role, Anne was the VP of People at Pleo, overseeing the People & Culture teams across Europe and South Africa. Experience also includes positions at the LEGO Group, focused on global partnering for organizational goals, and Arla Foods, where Anne aimed to enhance leadership across numerous dairies. Earlier career highlights include leading talent initiatives at Nestlé in the Nordic region and holding academic degrees in Business Communication and Marketing & Management Communication from Copenhagen Business School and Aarhus University, respectively.
