Joshua Davidson has more than 35 years of finance, management, and operations experience. Mr. Davidson worked as part of senior management teams serving as CEO, CFO, and President for a number of firms in the construction, real estate development, telecommunications, and innovative technology fields. Currently, he serves as the managing director of his Family Office, overseeing its multifamily properties and investments. Mr. Davidson began his career in the real estate development and management field working with the Boston Land Company. As a team member of the firm, he was integral in the development of over $250 million of properties along the east coast. The properties were developed under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development 221 (d) (3) and Section 8 housing initiative programs. Mr. Davidson rose to become President of the Boston Land Company Management Services, Inc. where he oversaw an annual budget in excess of $80M and a staff of 100 persons. For over 20 years he served as a Deputy Sheriff in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, and completed his service as the Deputy Chief of the Middlesex Sheriff’s Office, Uniformed Division, Middlesex County Reserve Deputy Sheriffs. Joshua was also an Alderman for the City of Newton. He attended the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Economics.
