Vibha Dahat

Vibha Dahat has extensive work experience in recruitment and account management. Vibha has held various positions throughout their career, starting as a Client Servicing Specialist at Aneja Advertising in 1995. Vibha then moved on to roles such as Co-Founder at Adrem Advertising & Marketing Research Services, Account Director at Aims Communication, and Technical Recruiter at ValleyUS.

In 2005, Vibha joined AMSG, Inc as a Senior IT Recruiter, responsible for sourcing and screening candidates. Vibha continued their career as a Sr. IT Recruiter/Account Manager at Aim Infotech, Inc in 2006, where they managed client accounts and recruited IT professionals.

From 2008 to 2015, Vibha worked at Maxonic, first as a Technical Recruiter and later as a Sr. Technical Recruiter. In this role, they managed a team of recruiters, mentored new hires, and was responsible for performance reviews and revenue generation. Vibha recruited professionals across various technologies, such as ERP, CRM, Databases, BI, and Application Development.

In 2016, Vibha joined Antra Inc. as a Senior Technical Recruiter, contributing to their talent acquisition efforts. Currently, they serve as the Head of Recruitment Operations at Connect Tech+Talent, where they oversee recruitment operations for the company.

Throughout their career, Vibha has demonstrated strong skills in recruitment, team management, and account servicing. Vibha has experience with various recruitment tools and platforms, including Bullhorn, LinkedIn, Monster, and Dice.

Vibha Dahat completed their education in a chronological order. Vibha first attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1983 to 1988, where they earned their school degree. Vibha then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) at Nagpur University, from 1988 to 1995. Lastly, they obtained an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Nagpur University, completing their studies from 1993 to 1995.
