Hilary's career then transitioned to HIT Training Ltd in 2012, where they held multiple roles, including Development Manager and Head of Curriculum. In these positions, they designed and implemented a company development strategy, managed projects, and coordinated learning and development resources for staff and clients.
In 2019, Hilary joined Connect2Care as the Head of Curriculum. Hilary then moved on to The Executive Development Network in 2020, where they continued their role as the Head of Curriculum.
