Ana Santos

Ana Santos has over a decade of experience in the fields of communication and business development. Currently, Ana serves as a Team Leader at Connecta since September 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing communication strategies and fostering new business opportunities. Prior to Connecta, Ana worked as an Account Manager at inConcert for a brief period in 2017, focusing on technological solutions for Contact Centers. Previous roles include Commercial Manager at Somitel Comercial from November 2006 to August 2010 and Sales Delegate at Totallink LLC from January 2005 to January 2006. Ana holds a degree in Management and Public Administration from Instituto Superior Ciências Sociais e Politicas de Lisboa, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
