Sharaim Rassouli

Sharaim Rassouli has worked in various roles since 1998. Sharaim began their career at Endymion Systems, Inc. as an Executive Admin Assistant for the CEO. In 2004, they moved to Reliance Bay Funding as a Senior Mortgage Consultant, where they exercised strong problem-resolution skills in positive interaction with clients and sales team, increased overall sales by an estimated 23%, and increased loyalty/repeat clientele by approximately 45%. Sharaim was promoted to a managerial role following a successful quarterly quota. In 2006, they moved to O'Donnell Financial as a Real Estate Agent. Finally, in 2008, they joined ConnectAndSell, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager, and was later promoted to Director of Customer Success and then Senior Director of Customer Success.

Sharaim Rassouli attended San Francisco State University from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism.
