Zach Rivera has worked for a variety of companies, beginning in 2000 when they were a Laborer for DuPont Pioneer. Zach then worked for the US Army from 2006 to 2012 as a Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic. From 2012 to 2019, they worked as a Special Forces Engineer for Army Special Forces (Airborne). In 2019, they became an Alumni for The Honor Foundation, where they provided tools to maximize potential and prepare others to succeed on their own. In 2020, they were Vice President of Sales for 360 Privacy. In 2021, they worked as a Business Partnership Specialist for Project Management Institute, Manager of Operations Quality Assurance for Nicor Gas, and Trainer for DOL Coach. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager for ConnectAndSell, Inc.
Zach Rivera began their educational journey by obtaining an Associate's degree from Fayetteville Technical Community College in 2012-2014. Zach then attended the University of Charleston from 2015-2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership. In 2019, they attended Deloitte University - The Leadership Center for CORE Leadership. In 2020, they attended Sandler for Foundations and Mastery in Selling Skills and Sales Operations. Additionally, Rivera has obtained several certifications, including a Wicked Problem Solving Practitioner from the Project Management Institute in 2022, a Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) from the Project Management Institute in 2022, a Certified Project Trainer (CPT) from the Institute of Project Management in 2021, a Certified Project Director (CPD) from the Institute of Project Management in 2020, Data Ethics: Managing Your Private Customer Data from LinkedIn in 2020, a Certified Project Master (CPM) from the Institute of Project Management in 2018, a Health, Life, Casualty and Fire Insurance Producer from the Illinois Department of Insurance in 2020, and a Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance from the US Army.
