Daniel Sirotich

Daniel Sirotich is a Customer Success Manager at Connecteam, responsible for managing relationships and growth within the APAC SMB, Mid Market, and Enterprise success portfolio since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Westpac Group, where Daniel was a Call Center Manager, Retention Specialist, and Customer Service Sales Specialist, focusing on team leadership, coaching, and customer retention. Daniel began a career in hospitality management as a Team Leader at Grill'd from August 2016 to July 2019. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Wollongong, earned between 2014 and 2018.
