Eliav Raviv

Eliav Raviv currently serves as the Platform Team Lead at Connecteam since October 2025. Previously, Eliav held the position of Senior Software Engineering Manager at ZipRecruiter from March 2021 to October 2025, leading a backend, data engineering, and data science team focused on critical financial systems. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Data & Machine Learning Engineer at APERIO Systems, NFT Tech Lead at Philips, and Senior Software Development Engineer at Microsoft, with extensive expertise in data pipelines, machine learning, and software development across various technologies. Eliav's earlier positions include R&D Team Lead at Nipendo, Software Engineer at Sivron, and Software Developer and Project Manager at Netformx. Eliav holds a BA in Information Systems from the University of Haifa, earned between 2003 and 2007.
