Mizuko Ito

Mizuko Ito is currently the Director at the Connected Learning Lab, a position they have held since July 2018. Prior to this, they worked as a Professor in Residence at the University of California, Irvine starting from July 2008. Mizuko Ito also co-founded and served as CEO of Connected Camps beginning in March 2015. Mizuko joined the Board of Directors at Exploratorium in May 2015. Earlier in their career, Mizuko Ito worked as a Researcher at the University of Southern California from July 2002 until 2008.

Mizuko Ito pursued higher education at esteemed institutions. Mizuko earned a Bachelor's degree in East Asian Studies from Harvard University in an undefined period. Later, they attended Stanford University, where they completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Anthropology from 1990 to 1991. Subsequently, Mizuko Ito pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) at Stanford University in two distinct fields, earning one Ph.D. in Anthropology and another in Education. Mizuko'scompletion of the Ph.D. degrees is unspecified but is known to have occurred before 2003.
