Ian Justus

Ian Justus is an experienced leader in the cannabis and agriculture industries, currently serving as the SVP of Cultivation and Operations at Connected Cannabis Co., where responsibilities include overseeing cultivation, packaging, facility expansion, and R&D for premium cannabis flower. Prior to this role, Ian held the position of VP of Cultivation, focusing on breeding and strategic expansion within the company. Ian's extensive background includes serving as Sr. Manager of Controlled Environment Production at Driscoll's, where contributions involved advancing controlled environment agriculture for berry production. Ian also managed regional research for berry crops and built an agronomy department during a tenure at Driscoll's. Educationally, Ian holds an MS in Plant Science from the University of Arizona and a B.S. in Botany from North Carolina State University.
