Chris Matthews

Chris Matthews currently serves as Chief Delivery Officer at Connected Kerb, focusing on the expansion of public EV charging networks. Previously, at West Heath Infrastructure, Chris held the dual roles of COO and CDO, specializing in energy transition, telecommunications, and renewables projects, along with overseeing portfolio optimization and strategic planning. A significant tenure at Virgin Media O2 involved leadership as Construction & Programme Delivery Executive Director, where Chris managed a £4bn capex program and led commercial activities for a £500m investment program as Commercial Executive Director. Additional experience includes leadership roles at EY, Chronos Consulting Management Ltd, CEZ, and several other major companies in infrastructure and procurement. Chris Matthews holds an MSc in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from Cranfield School of Management and has completed an Executive Programme in Leading Change and Strategy at Hult Ashridge Executive Education.
