Ellen Mellington

Ellen Mellington (MAPM) is an experienced leader in programme and construction management, currently serving as the Head of Programmes and Construction at Connected Kerb since February 2024. Previously, Ellen held various senior roles, including Interim Head of Relationships and Programmes at c2c, PMO Director at Amey, and Joint Performance Improvement Centre Head of PMO at Network Rail. With a strong background in transformational leadership, Ellen has demonstrated expertise in strategy, governance, and the integration of technology and processes across multiple sectors, including rail and health. Significant achievements include leading the operational go-live of a world-leading High Throughput Laboratory and implementing business transformation programs at organizations such as Abellio Group and LondonEnergy. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Birmingham.
