Bob Duncan

Bob Duncan currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Connecticut Children's since February 2022. Prior to this role, Bob held the position of Executive Vice President and President of Children's Community Health Plan at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin from June 2010 to February 2022, which is the only health system in Wisconsin dedicated solely to children and teens. Additional experience includes serving as Director for the Governor's Office of Children's Care Coordination in Tennessee and Vice President at Methodist Healthcare. Early career experience includes working as a Territory Manager at Schering-Plough. Bob holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Martin, completed the UCLA/Johnson & Johnson Health Care Executive Leadership Fellowship in Community Health Leadership, and possesses a BBA in Marketing from the University of Memphis.
