Debra Dudack

Debra Dudack is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Enterprise and HR Communications at Connecticut Children's since November 2015. In this role, Debra focuses on connecting team members to the organization’s mission and enhancing employee engagement and retention through effective communications strategies. Previously, Debra was a Communications Manager at Connecticut Children's, leading initiatives related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Prior to this, Debra worked as a journalist at NBC Connecticut from July 2004 to November 2015, where responsibilities included researching and reporting on various topics for television and online platforms. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor of Journalism in Broadcasting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
