Joshua Vaughn

Joshua Vaughn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement and leadership. Currently a Community Impact Council Member at the American Public Human Services Association, Joshua collaborates with senior leaders on initiatives like the "No Kid Hungry" Campaign. As a Recruiter and Access Coordinator at Connecticut Community Care, and a Parent Cabinet Member for the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood, Joshua actively partners with government leaders to enhance child outcomes and outreach efforts. Additional roles include serving as a Board Member for the Connecticut Partnership for Children, Inc. and as the Founder of Vaughn Signatures, an organization dedicated to empowering men. Joshua is also an alumnus of the National Parent Leadership Institute. Previous involvement as an Executive Board Member of the Naugatuck Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee highlights a commitment to fostering cultural change. Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in Professional Studies and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Bridgeport.
