Andrew Lavigne

Andrew Lavigne is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of the Clean Economy Program at the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development since 2023. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Manager of Business Development and Special Projects at the Connecticut Port Authority from 2017 to 2023. Andrew's career also includes significant experience with the Truman National Security Project as Director of Special Projects (2012-2017) and with the Truman Center for National Policy as Program Manager (2010-2012). Earlier in Andrew's career, positions included Graduate Assistant at the University of New Haven's College of Business (2008-2010) and Graduate Intern at Sikorsky (2009). Andrew earned a Master of Science in National Security and Public Safety from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Eastern Connecticut State University.
