Matthew J Pugliese

Matthew J Pugliese is currently serving as the Deputy Commissioner at the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development. Matthew J also holds the position of Executive Director of Community Development, overseeing various capital project and real estate development programs. With a background in arts administration and experience in organizations such as the Connecticut Repertory Theatre and Oddfellows Playhouse Youth Theater, Matthew brings a wealth of expertise in fundraising, strategic planning, and program development. Additionally, Matthew J has a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Connecticut and has completed various certificates in Anti-Black Racism, Non-Profit Management, and theater.
