Ken Neal has extensive experience in government relations and policy analysis, currently serving as a Government Relations Associate at the Connecticut Education Association since November 2022. Prior roles include Clerk/Administrator and Constituent Engagement Coordinator at the Connecticut General Assembly from December 2021 to December 2022, as well as a Policy Analyst with the same organization from December 2013 to August 2017. Ken also worked as a Guest Teacher for Kelly Education from August 2017 to March 2020 and held multiple positions at the Connecticut General Assembly from June 2008 to January 2013, including Special Assistant to the Speaker and Assistant to the Speaker of the House. Ken Neal holds a Master of Arts in History from Central Connecticut State University and a Bachelor of Science in Justice and Law Administration from Western Connecticut State University.
