Lindsey Yerby

Lindsey Yerby serves as a Government Relations and Public Policy Associate at Balch & Bingham LLP since August 2022. Prior experience includes legal internships at Samford University's Office of General Counsel, where Lindsey handled policy research and contract drafting, and at the Republican National Committee, focusing on investigations into election operations and federal campaign finance law. Additional roles include law clerk positions with the United States Senate Committee on Finance and the U.S. House of Representatives, where Lindsey engaged in legislative research and constituent services. Earlier experience includes administrative support at PHELPS, JENKINS, GIBSON & FOWLER LLP and planning assistance for a Rural Summit in an internship with Congressman Robert B. Aderholt's office. Lindsey holds a Doctor of Law (JD) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Samford University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Culverhouse College of Business.
