Rebecca Mitchell is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in education and government sectors. Currently serving as Counsel at the Connecticut Education Association since January 2015, Rebecca previously held the position of Assistant General Counsel at the National Association of Government Employees from October 2002 to December 2014. Rebecca obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Western New England University School of Law between 1996 and 1999, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Clark University, earned in 1994. Rebecca also completed education at The MacDuffie School.
