Lynn Bousquet has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Lynn started their career at Shepard Steel Co as a Human Resources Generalist, Payroll, and Accounts Payable Specialist from 1989 to 2004. Lynn then worked at Scan Optics LLC as a Human Resources Manager from 2004 to 2012. Following that, they became a Human Resource Manager at Record-Journal from 2013 to 2015, where they oversaw the overall provision of HR services and policies. Currently, Lynn is the Director of Human Resources at CSS (Connecticut Spring & Stamping), a role they have held since 2015. In this position, they promote and implements HR values and strategies, manages various HR programs, and ensures compliance with labor relations and legal regulations, among other responsibilities.
Lynn Bousquet's education history includes a Masters in Professional Studies in Human Resources Management from the University of Connecticut.
