Stephen Parenti is currently the Director of Engineering / New Projects at CSS (Connecticut Spring & Stamping) since June 2013. Prior to that, Stephen worked at Barnes Group Inc. from 1993 until June 2013, where Stephen held the position of Process Engineer/Sr. Tool Designer.
