Dr. Kimberly Hall James

Dr. Kimberly Hall James is the Founder and CEO of KH James Consulting, LLC. Dr. Kimberly currently serves as Special Assistant to the Chancellor and Chair of the Council on Equity and Inclusion at Connecticut State Colleges & Universities. With a Doctor of Management in Community College Policy and Administration, a Master of Education in Education/Counseling, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Finance, Dr. James also has extensive experience in higher education as an adjunct professor and in leadership roles focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
