Jayme Clark serves as the Medical Director of Telemedicine at Hartford HealthCare Medical Group since March 2020, focusing on enhancing patient access and care quality through innovative clinical technology within primary care. Additionally, Jayme holds roles as a Primary Care Provider and Regional Medical Director-Primary Care as a freelancer since January 2022, and as a Legal Medical Consultant for Connecticut Community Colleges since September 2018. Jayme has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Connecticut Community Colleges since September 2018 and a Physician Assistant Certified at Hartford HealthCare since November 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Advanced Practice Provider at GoHealth Urgent Care from November 2018 to March 2020. Jayme obtained a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant from Quinnipiac University between 2009 and 2011 and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Bay Path University from 2001 to 2006.
