Ryan George

Ryan George is a consultant at Spencer Stuart since October 2019, specializing in the IT Services subsector within the TMT&S executive search practice, focusing on board, CEO, and CxO searches, as well as advising on leadership development and organizational design. Ryan also holds a membership with the Connecticut Technology Council, which fosters collaboration within the state’s tech community. Previous roles include Managing Partner at Lucas Group, Senior Executive Consultant at SThree, and various positions at Cintas, including Sales Manager and Service Manager. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross and is currently pursuing an MBA at Lehigh University.
