Jonathan Kocienda

Jonathan Kocienda is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Manager of the Medical Malpractice Division and Lead Trial Attorney at Claggett, Sykes & Garza, LLC since May 2024, following a transition from CT Trial Firm, LLC where the same roles were held from May 2023 to May 2024. With a robust background in medical malpractice litigation, Jonathan has also contributed to risk management as a committee member at ProHealth Physicians from February 2020 to May 2023 and has been an influential Senior Lecturer at Med-IQ, focusing on medico-legal risks since 2011. Prior experience includes serving as Principal and Malpractice Defense Attorney at DanaherLagnese, PC from June 2006 to May 2023. Jonathan holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from College of the Holy Cross.
