Tina Pelletier is currently working at Connecticut Water as a Service Delivery Performance Systems Administrator and IT Client Services Technician. Previously, Tina worked at Global Help Desk Services, Inc. from March 2009 to January 2019, where Tina held the positions of Assistant Team Lead and Help Desk Analyst. Tina has experience in assisting vendors with help desk services and troubleshooting computer and phone issues. Tina holds a degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Connecticut, and also has a degree in General Studies with a focus on Psychology from Asnuntuck Community College. Additionally, Tina holds a Computer Science Certificate in Computer Information Systems from Branford Hall Career Institute.
