Bernard Dale

Bernard Dale is an experienced professional with a strong background in diverse sectors including renewable energy, storage solutions, and specialized manufacturing. Currently serving as a National Sales Director (NXD) at multiple companies such as ESG Glass, CARGOSTORE WORLDWIDE, and Silverfish UK Ltd, Bernard is involved in the distribution of specialized products ranging from glass to mountain bikes. Bernard also holds a Managing Partner position at Connection Capital LLP, a significant investor in the UK lower mid-market, with a portfolio that has attracted over £500 million from a broad client base. Earlier roles include positions at Clamason Industries Limited and Carter Accommodation Ltd, as well as experience with small wind turbine installations at Earthmill. Bernard's academic foundation includes a Master’s degree in Engineering and Business from the University of Birmingham.
