Patrick Hoffstetter

Patrick Hoffstetter is a co-founder of Connection Leadership, a company focused on holistic corporate transformation through consulting, training, and coaching, serving prominent clients such as Accor, Airbus, and Google since January 2019. Hoffstetter also holds various board positions, including independent board member at Jahia Solutions, where support is provided for an acceleration plan, and member of the Board of Directors at MOBIVIA. Additionally, Hoffstetter acts as a senior advisor for Bain & Company France and Viva Technology Paris, contributing to digital transformation initiatives and major digital events in Europe. An active investor and board member in multiple startups, including tictactrip and STORYSTELLAR, Hoffstetter holds an MBA from HEC Paris and completed a coaching program at The Mountain.
