Dana Jones possesses a diverse background in administrative support, purchasing, manufacturing supervision, customer experience management, and content management. Starting as an Administrative Assistant at Sears, Roebuck and Co., Dana transitioned through various roles, including Purchasing Agent/Accounts Payable at G.S. Floor Designs and Inside Sales Representative positions in multiple companies such as Bowe Bell + Howell and Eastman Kodak. At Kodak Alaris, Dana advanced to Customer Experience Manager and later Global Channel Marketing Manager. Currently serving as Senior Content Manager at Connection, Dana leads the development of tailored proposals, collaborating across departments and vendors to enhance client outcomes.
