Gul Akar

Manager, Customer Success- Cloud Center Of Excellence

Gul Akar possesses extensive experience in customer success and international student advising, with a current position as Manager of Customer Success at Connection since July 2022 and a role as Growth Coach at Catalyst Software since September 2023. Previous experience includes managerial roles at Yesware from January 2018 to June 2022, and Kaplan International English from September 2011 to January 2018, where responsibility involved supporting international students and managing customer service operations. Additional experience as an International Student Advisor was held at Target International Student Center from October 2010 to September 2011. Gul Akar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from UMass Boston and an Associate’s degree in Communications from Middlesex Community College.
