Nicole Caldwell M.ed.

Nicole Caldwell M.Ed. is an experienced education professional with a focus on business development and instructional technology. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Microsoft in Education at Connection since January 2020, Nicole previously held various roles including Professional Learning Specialist at NCCE from May 2017 to May 2020 and Microsoft Learning Consultant at Microsoft for a brief period in 2019. Prior experience includes serving as an Instructional Technology Coach and 5th Grade Teacher at Hillsborough County Public Schools from August 2010 to August 2019. Nicole holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the same institution.
