Mira Soullen has worked in various marketing roles since 2007. Mira started their career as a Mobile Marketing Specialist at Mobilera and then moved to Danone as a Junior Brand Manager in 2008. Mira then joined Kraft Foods (Mondelēz International) in 2010 as a Senior Brand Marketing Manager, where they won the "Best Product Launch" award for the most effective campaign strategy and execution. In 2016, they became the Digital Marketing Manager at Attendease and the Director of Marketing at Spare Rides. In 2017, they were appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President Marketing at ConnectionPoint Systems Inc. and in 2018 they assumed the role of Marketing and Growth Advisor at Volition Advisors.

Mira Soullen obtained an Award of Achievement in Digital Analytics from The University of British Columbia in 2015, followed by a Project Management for Digital Communication from the same institution in the same year. In 2015, they also attended Harvard Business School for Business Analytics, Financial Accounting and Economics. In 2020, they obtained a Growth Series certification from Reforge and in 2022 they became a Member of C100.
