Claudiu Mihail Staniloiu

Claudiu Mihail Staniloiu has a diverse background in HR roles, starting with their work at Skill Team as an Account Executive, where they gained experience in sales and HR service development. Claudiu Mihail then moved on to Crédit Agricole Bank Romania, where they served as a Junior Recruiter and later as a Recruitment Specialist, being responsible for various recruitment activities. Claudiu Mihail then joined Help Net Farma as a Human Resources Specialist, focusing on recruitment strategies and outreach programs. After that, they worked at NN as a Recruitment, Training & Development Officer - HR Sales, where they handled recruitment processes and conducted interviews. Prior to their current role, Claudiu worked at Key Way Services as an HR Manager, overseeing HR operations. Claudiu Mihail is currently employed at Connections Consult as the Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for HR management and employer branding.

Claudiu Mihail Staniloiu completed their undergraduate education at Universitatea OVIDIUS din Constanta from 2002 to 2006, earning a degree in Theological studies. Following this, they pursued a postgraduate education in Project Management & Human Resources, obtaining a Master's degree between 2006 and 2008.

In terms of additional certifications, Claudiu obtained the "Assessment and Development Centre" certification from SHL Romania in July 2013. Claudiu Mihail also received training in "Competency based interview" from the same institution during the same month and year.
