Mary Cobzaru

Mary Cobzaru, Ed.D, is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in online and traditional learning environments. Currently serving as an Online Virtual Educator, Teacher Manager, and Professional Development Lead at Connections Education since August 2015, Mary has played a pivotal role in managing test sites and evaluating state licensure, earning recognition as Teacher of the Year for the 2019-2020 academic year. Previous roles include a Teacher Curriculum Reviewer, where contributions were made to the development of high-quality educational materials, and Instructional Design Intern at NC State University, focused on creating engaging online curricula for MBA students. Mary's teaching experience spans multiple school systems, including Wake County and Baltimore County, and an impactful volunteer role with the Peace Corps in Moldova, where leadership was demonstrated in health education initiatives.
