Shawn Woodrich has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Housing Manager at Connections Housing since August 2013, where responsibilities include managing hotel reservations, room block management, and event planning. Prior to this role, Shawn worked as Call Center Manager, overseeing daily operations and agent performance. At Pink Jeep Tours from May 2011 to May 2013, Shawn held the dual role of Reservations Manager and Customer Service Manager, managing a call center's productivity and inventory. Additionally, Shawn spent over two decades at Sahara Hotel & Casino, progressing through various roles to eventually become Director of Reservations and Revenue Management, leading a 40-person call center and managing inventory across distribution channels. Education was completed at Richard J. Daly Community College from 1983 to 1985.
