Connections to Success
Brandi Jahnke has extensive work experience in both the nonprofit and government sectors. Brandi started their career in 1999 as a Probation & Parole Officer at the Missouri Department of Corrections, where they worked until 2004. In 2004, they joined Connections to Success, a nonprofit organization. Within this organization, they held various roles such as Regional Director, Regional Executive Director, and Vice President - Programs. In May 2022, they assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer.
Brandi Jahnke attended Park University from 2001 to 2003, where they pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1997, they studied at the University of Wyoming, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections.

With offices in the Greater Kansas City and St. Louis regions, we meet people where they are and help them move toward a place of personal, economic and social strength. Our model integrates training opportunities, life transformation coaching, support services and job development to equip participants for long-term success. We provide professional clothing for our participants and community job seekers through our men’s boutique and Dress for Success women’s boutique.
