Rachael Meuser has an extensive work experience spanning various roles and positions. Rachael began their career in 2010 as a Sales Associate at American Eagle Outfitters and later worked as a Shift Manager and Cashier at Lemon Tree. In 2012, Rachael served as a Patient Service Intern at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society before taking on the role of House Management Intern at Ronald McDonald House Charities of St. Louis in 2013.

Rachael then worked as a Synergy House and Social Outreach Intern at Synergy Services, Inc. in 2014. Additionally, Rachael served as an Admission Counselor at William Jewell College, where they built and maintained relationships with students and high school counselors, managed a budget, and trained new admission counselors.

Rachael also gained experience as a Teacher Assistant at Small Saints Learning Center before transitioning to a Recruiter role at Ascension Senior Living. Currently, Rachael holds the position of Vice President of Community and Impact at Connections to Success, where they oversee community engagement efforts and strategic impact initiatives.

Rachael Meuser obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology, with a Minor in Business Administration, and a focus on Nonprofit Leadership from William Jewell College. This education took place between the years 2010 and 2014. Additionally, Rachael completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, at Maryville University of Saint Louis between 2017 and 2018.
