Whitney McAnallen

Whitney McAnallen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Whitney currently serves as the Executive Vice President at CONNECTIVE Agency, where they have held multiple positions, including Senior Vice President and Vice President. Prior to their current role, they worked as the Director of Strategy + Delivery, where they developed strategies and executed programs to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.

Before joining CONNECTIVE Agency, McAnallen worked at Faith Family Academy, where they held the positions of Marketing Coordinator, Director of Fine Arts, and High School CTE, Fine Arts, & Journalism Teacher. In these roles, they developed marketing strategies, managed social media accounts, led website design, supported art educators, managed budgets, and recruited talent. Whitney also initiated the Faith Family Academy Film Festival.

McAnallen co-owned and served as the Media Curator at orbitalbebop, where they pursued new clients, managed client accounts, handled finances, set up computer systems, organized music libraries, and created marketing materials.

Whitney also gained experience at Apple Retail as a Creative and Theater Coordinator, and at KXXV, 25 News as a Video Editor.

Throughout their career, McAnallen has demonstrated a strong background in technology, nonprofits, and strategy development. Whitney is data-driven and enjoys utilizing analytics to create effective strategies and drive results.

Whitney McAnallen holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler. Whitney also earned a Bachelor's degree in Art & Performance from The University of Texas at Dallas and pursued Telecommunications at Baylor University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Remote Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration and various Texas Educator Certificates in Art, Business Education, Technology Education, ESL, and Principal (EC-12).
