Chris Heidelbauer has a diverse and extensive work experience. Chris started their career in 1993 at MCI as a Senior Planning Engineer II, where they supported and integrated various network-based calling platforms. Chris holds multiple patents based on their work there. In 2006, they joined URrelay as the Director of Network Engineering, where they were responsible for network design, desktop support, and other technical areas. Chris also took on additional responsibilities such as new-hire training and call center operations. In 2012, they became an Engineer at Syncbak, Inc., where they managed the IT infrastructure for a public-facing television streaming platform. Chris optimized hardware and software operations and collaborated with local television stations to integrate Syncbak technology. In 2013, they became the Director of Network Engineering at get Connectivity, and in 2018, they became a Hot Air Balloon Pilot at Buzzard's Glory Balloon Company.
Chris Heidelbauer attended Iowa State University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
