Adam Subes is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in credit analysis and commercial real estate. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Senior Credit Analyst at ConnectOne Bank since June 2019, Adam previously held the position of Commercial Real Estate Credit Underwriter at Valley Bank. Adam's expertise includes evaluating loan offerings, overseeing large commercial real estate portfolios, and conducting detailed financial analyses. Prior roles include Analyst at Avison Young, where market analyses supported leasing efforts, and Senior Real Estate Analyst at HKS Real Estate Advisors, where negotiations with institutional lenders were key. With advanced degrees in Real Estate and Financial Management from the University of Florida and Pace University, respectively, Adam also brings early career experience from FanDuel and the New York Jets.
