Bill Burns

Bill Burns is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in the banking industry. Currently serving as SEVP & Chief Financial Officer at ConnectOne Bank since October 2012, Bill has held several key positions including Executive VP & CFO at Somerset Hills Bancorp prior to its acquisition by Lakeland Bank, and CFO at TenRock Capital Fund, LP. Bill's career also includes significant roles at The Trust Company of New Jersey, The Dime Savings Bank of New York, and various leadership positions at Ryan Beck & Co. and Summit Bank, alongside earlier experience at The Bank of New York and Irving Trust Company. Bill holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a cum laude BS in Management from Syracuse University.
