George Menakis has over 34 years of work experience in the banking and real estate industry. George is currently working as a Commercial Real Estate Lending Officer / VP at ConnectOne Bank since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a CRE Client Manager / Vice President at Spencer Savings Bank from April 2019 to November 2019. George also has a significant tenure at Provident Bank where they served as a Commercial Real Estate Lender / Vice President from October 2007 to April 2019. George's first job in the industry was at First Union National Bank where they worked as a Relationship Manager from April 1986 to October 1996, rising to the position of Operation Manager and overseeing the transition to an automated environment.

George Menakis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University. George also holds a Masters of Science degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment with a focus on Commercial Real Estate from New York University.
