Kimberly Sayther

Kimberly (Kim) Sayther, M.Ed has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kimberly (Kim) is currently the Vice President, Learning & Development Manager at ConnectOne Bank. In this role, they are responsible for leading a learning and development team to support the transformation of a learning culture within the organization. Kimberly (Kim) also establishes an onboarding experience for new hires and collaborates with business partners to enhance employee performance.

Prior to their current role, Kim held various positions at Capital One. Kimberly (Kim) served as a Client Manager / Training Manager from 2012 to 2019, where they managed client relationships and handled training initiatives. Kimberly (Kim) also worked as a Principle Bank Trainer from 2011 to 2012.

Kim also has experience working at Citibank as a Vice President, Branch Manager from 2010 to 2011. At Berkeley College, they worked as a High School and Community Outreach Representative from 2009 to 2010.

Before that, Kim worked at a community-oriented financial services company from 2005 to 2009. In this role, they served as a Regional Sales Manager, Vice President and was responsible for creating a sales culture, managing sales teams, and identifying training needs.

Prior to that, Kim worked at PNC as a Market Manager, Vice President and as a Sector Service Manager, Vice President from 2004 to 2005.

Kim's earlier work experience includes roles at Wachovia as a Roving Service Leader, Vice President and as a Customer Relationship Leader / Service Leader, Vice President from 1998 to 2003. Kimberly (Kim) also worked at First Union as a Branch Manager, Officer in 1997 and at Midlantic Bank as a Branch Manager/Trainer from 1988 to 1997.

Kimberly (Kim) Sayther, M.Ed has a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Management from York College of Pennsylvania, which was obtained from 1982 to 1986. Kimberly (Kim) also has a Master of Science (M.S) degree in Education with a focus on Training and Performance Improvement from Capella University, which was obtained from 2018 to 2021. Additionally, they have achieved the President's List at Capella University twice, once in the summer of 2019 and once in the spring of 2021.
