Neil Minardi

Neil Minardi has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Special Assets & Lending Manager at ConnectOne Bank since April 2019. Prior roles include Vice President of Portfolio Management at Oritani Bank, Senior Director of Investments at Palisades Financial, and Senior Vice President at Poole & Company. Neil also held the position of Vice President at Hanover Capital and began his career as an Asset Manager at Globe Mortgage Company.
