Drew Schildwachter

Drew Schildwachter is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as Partner and COO at ConnectPay Payroll Services since May 2014, Drew leads multiple teams in Marketing, Operations, HR, Tax, Real Estate, and Strategy while focusing on understanding client payroll needs and delivering valuable solutions. Prior to this role, Drew was a Partner at Instant Sign Center, where the company was successfully expanded to a staff of 27 professionals. Earlier career positions include Director of Operations at Corners Picture Framing Superstore and Partner at Framesmart, where a multi-unit picture framing concept was developed. Additionally, Drew was a Partner and Director of Operations at Endless Video Superstores, successfully transitioning the stores to Blockbuster Video and expanding the franchise group. Drew holds a BA in International Studies from the University of Delaware.
