Carlos Schwartz is an experienced sales leader with a strong background in team management and client acquisition strategies. Currently serving as Head of Sales at ConnectPlug since January 2023, Carlos oversees a diverse team of 40 professionals and collaborates closely with the marketing team for inbound customer strategies. Prior to this role, Carlos held the position of Head of Sales and Portfolio Management at CMB Oficial from May 2020 to January 2023, where a team of 10 was managed, focusing on inbound client acquisition as well. Additional experience includes leading sales teams and expanding client bases at Docmen Comércio Atacadista de Artigos do Vestuário and as a sales manager at A.F. Felipe Confecções Eireli. Carlos holds a degree in Educação Física from UNIASSELVI and is currently pursuing further education at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná.
