Giorgio Cruzara has extensive experience in customer experience management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Experience at ConnectPlug since March 2017. In this role, Giorgio oversees the implementation/onboarding and technical support teams, conducts analyses of strategic clients, and monitors leadership and KPIs.
