Eliza Banucha

Eliza Banucha has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies. Eliza began their career as a Junior Cash Supply Specialist at Euronet Worldwide in 2014. In 2015, they transitioned to HYCOM S.A. where they worked as an IT Business Analyst and later as an IT Business Consultant. Their time at HYCOM S.A. lasted until early 2018. Eliza then joined ConnectPoint in 2018 as a Scrum Master. Eliza then advanced to the role of IT Project Manager in 2019 and currently holds the position of Information Technology Delivery Manager since January 2022.

Eliza Banucha pursued their education in various institutions and fields of study. Eliza graduated from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics with a Bachelor's degree in "Metody ilościowe w ekonomii i systemy informacyjne" in 2013. Eliza continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree, "Magister (Mgr)," in the field of "Metody ilościowe w ekonomii i systemy informacyjne" in 2016.

In 2015, Eliza Banucha pursued a Master's degree in "Management" at the Louvain School of Management. Eliza also enrolled in the Kozminski University for their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in "Zarządzanie w IT" starting in 2022.

Alongside their formal education, Eliza Banucha obtained additional certifications. In 2016, they received the "Lean IT Foundation Certificate" from the Lean IT Association. Eliza further enhanced their skills by achieving the "Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)" certification from Scrum.org in 2019. Later, in 2023, they acquired the "ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management" from PeopleCert.
